Warranty

For all our machines we offer free, 12-months service in Poland. We also offer products which have 3 or even 10-years warranty (3 years - rotary chairs and IPT plate fusing presses, 10 years - Juwel stapplers). VAT invoice or bill give you the authority to use the free warranty. All warranty repairs in Poland are made at the customer's seat [machine(s) over 50 kg] and lighter machines or devices are repaired at our service workshop [transport by customer]. The warranty does not concern normal consumption of exploited parts or any damages resulting from abnormal use. As far as sewing machines are concerned, the warranty does not concern mechanical damages of stitch plates, feed dogs, presser feet, bobin cases, hooks and loopers.

Customers out of Poland cannot be warranted reliable service untill we organize direct distribution in their countries. However, we are ready to compensate for presumable risk and necessity of financing the service through reducing the prices of machines and devices. If you are out of Poland, remember, before you place your order, that you can ask about possible discount for machines that require servicing (the discount, of course, will result from the lack of the service and will depend on the machine type).
