Return Policy

Every customer has a right to resign from the ordered products - provided that they would be returned to us within 2 weeks [unused and undamaged] together with their original packaging and document of sale. In such case we will give your money back to you - in cash or by transfer on your bank account. The exceptions are machines and devices of great value - the Internet orders of such will be confirmed on our request with an original paper order. Return of such products will not be accepted. All customers outside the European Union are asked to order reasonably as the return will be impossible and economically unfounded because of formalities and possible duty fees.
