The first two methods are intuitive and do not require any detailed description. However, for the third method [search engine] we owe you a short manual:
The search engine penetrates character sequence in the code of the product, its name and associated equivalents. If you don't know the exact code or name of the searched product, there's no use in typing sequences consisting of many characters or numbers in the search field. The more characters you type, the better search results you get, but just one mistake [e.g. typing 0 [zero] instead of O [big O letter] won't let you find the needed product. The best way to search is to type short and exact character sequences, additionally depriving the names of inflectional endings, replaceing them with "*" (asterix). Individual words must be separated with a space. E.g. if you want to find an invisible zipper needle feed foot, narrow with nib that has a product code S518N-NF you can:
Separating individual, shortened elements of the product code with a "*" (asterix space) in the questionable places, irrespectively of the word order, eliminates the possibility of making a mistake in the searching process. That means that typing the sentence described above with the wrong word order zip* invi* foot* will bring the desired result as well. The safest way is to type short strings in the search field and in the questionable places (e.g. inflectional word endings) put "*" (asterix space).
Some of our products were additionally associated with their equivalents. It has a special meaning e.g. by needles. As you probably know, every needle producer uses different notation, called a system. Besides, the domineering systems in different countries vary from one to another. There's sometimes a lot of confusion because of that reason. Let's describe it on the ground of popular lockstitch needles 135x5 [according to our price list]. Their equivalents are: 134 (R), DBx1, DPx5, DPx7, 135x7, 135x25, 797, SY 1901, B134. By typing in our search engine one of those equivalents or its part ending with an asterix, you'll get the listing of all the 135x5 system needles with additional equivalent codes, which are just the same needles but with different product codes. Spare parts are identical in many machines but their product codes are different - that's why when searching spare parts, a similar mechanism will solve the problem of naming differences. You can even find identical spare parts but for various prices. Our e-shop lets you compare the prices and and choose freely.
