Customers from the European Union

All ordered and available products will be shipped the following working day. In case the ordered product has run out - we will ship it after refilling our stock [you won't have to wait for the available products - such will be shipped immediately]. Of course you may wish to suspend shipment until we have all the products you ordered.

Companies:
For all orders from EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands and United Kingdom, all we need is a confirmed VAT/turnover tax identification number. You'll get an invoice with zero VAT value. No more arduous customs clearance, just an invoice!

Private customers:
You'll get our products directly to your address (in such a case, the assortment has an added VAT value according to the Polish rate, 22%).

Our offer is ex-works, Swadzim/Poznan Poland. When finalising order, the Customer chooses payment and delivery type.

Choice of transport mode

If you let us organize the transport - you will be always informed about its cost before shipment. And if you will not accept the costs - you will have the right to resign from the order. The choice of transport type depends on the value and size of the ordered product. However, we always choose the customer's optimum.

We do not charge any additional fees - you pay only for the goods and their transport. In case you don't pick up the shipped product(s) [unjustified] - they will go back to Strima Sp. z o.o. and you will be charged for preparing the shipment and transport.

Customers out of the European Union

All ordered and available products will be shipped after customs clearance. In case the ordered product has run out - we will ship it after refilling our stock [you won't have to wait for the available products - such will be shipped immediately]. Of course you may wish to suspend shipment until we have all the products you ordered.

The ordered goods undergo your countrie's clearance and tax laws. Because of export formalities costs, orders from abroad (out of EU) must reach 500 EUR to be realised (until we have a distributor in your country).

Choice of transport mode

If you let us organize the transport, you will be informed about its costs every time before shipment . If you do not accept them you will have the possibility to resign from the order. However, we always choose the customer's optimum.

We do not charge any additional fees - you pay only for the goods and their transport. The Customers outside the European Union are asked to order reasonably, because costs of the formalities and clearance fees may make product's return imposssible or economically unfounded.

Customers from Poland

Within Poland all goods of over 1.000 PLN net value are delivered free of charge, excluding products from "Do it yourself" and auctions.

Deliveries of small parcels [up to 31,5kg] in Poland are realized with the Polish Post or a courier forwarder, depending on the parcel's character and parameters. The cost of such parcels' delivery to every place in Poland, including insurance and pay on delivery costs, amounts to:

  • 20 PLN by post,
  • 30 PLN by a courier forwarder.

The cost of the delivery, including insurance, without payment on delivery option [only customers with established banking transfer] amounts to 21 PLN by a courier forwarder. Net prices are being in the lump and weight independent [post up to 20kg, courier forwarder up to 31,5kg], we add statutory VAT [22%]. Delivery costs are invoiced as a separate position and therefore gross value of the invoice equals the pay on delivery value. Within Poland all goods of over 1.000 PLN net value are delivered free of charge.
