OSHIMA Fusing press machine (width: 1000mm)

Highly efficient continuous fusing machine with long belt. The belts width 100cm. Good pressure up to 5kg/cm^2 and the electronic temperature control assure excellent [even and durable] join of the fabric with fliselin or interlining. The cooling of fused elements stabilizes them immediately and prevents the deformation. The rotary scrapers prevent the interlining clinging to the belts. Heaters power 21,6 kW, voltage 400V. Fusing time 5-34 sec., maximum temperature 200 Celsius. The compressed air is necessary.
