OSHIMA continuous fusing machine

Highly efficient, wide continuous fusing machine with changed parameters in relation to OP-900. The belts width 90cm, 4 fusing rollers are divided into two separated pressure systems with pneumatic actuators ensuring more stability and fusing precision.
Heaters power 24 kW - 3 sections with 8 kW.
Three separated heating chambers controlled by microcomputer thermostats, max. temperature 200 Celsius. Seamless type of belts.
Maximum pressure up to 5kg/cm^2, pneumatic type. Fusing time - 7-34 sec.
Table with cooling system ensures stabilization of fused elements and prevents their deformation. The rotary scrapers prevent the interlining clinging to the belts.
Voltage 400V, compressed air is necessary [6-8 bar].
Dimensions 2300x1660x1420mm, weight 500kg.
